According to Ovi Cloud data, in June 2018, the prices of 65-inch, 55-inch, 50-inch, 49-inch, 43-inch, and 40-inch ultra-high-definition panels decreased by 41%, 27%, 42%, 39%, and 45, respectively. %, 49%; 32-inch high-definition panel prices fell 38% year-on-year. In terms of overall decline, both are in double digits, which has brought about no small impact on the panel and the whole machine industry.

After entering July-August, the panel price has a tendency to stop falling, while the small and medium-sized size will take the lead in price increase. The prices of 32-inch and 40-inch panels showed an upward trend in July; the prices of 43-inch, 49-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch panels basically stopped falling.

Qunzhi Consulting pointed out that in August, the price of color TV panels will rise in an all-round way, and some sizes will increase. Sales in overseas markets improved, and TV manufacturers continued to actively export goods. The demand for TV panel stocks in the peak season from July to August was strong. In the environment of tight supply and demand of LCD TV panels around the world, panel makers actively promote price increases.

The 32-inch panel maintained an increase of about 5 US dollars in August; the 39.5-inch-43-inch panel is expected to increase the average price in August by 4-5 dollars; 49 inches to 50 inches, and the price will reach about 5 dollars in August. Rise; 55-inch, 65-inch panels, is expected to maintain about $5 in August.

If the panel price rises in the second half of the year, it is likely to drive up the price of the whole color TV. In the case of a small profit margin, it will undoubtedly increase the cost pressure of the whole machine enterprise.
